Outside Sales Account Manager
Outside sales account managers (or as we call them, “business development directors”) serve as the main point of contact for new and existing Costner customers. They are responsible for answering customers’ questions about Cornerstone’s rotating equipment services, representing the company in the market, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Vibration Analyst – Cat II / III
Machine vibration analysts identify abnormal conditions within rotating equipment to reduce downtime and maintenance costs for customers through a knowledge of vibration data collection equipment and vibration management software (preferably Ludeca OMNITREND).
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Field service technicians repair and maintain machinery in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. They must possess an in-depth knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance and be highly skilled in using hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments and precision testing instruments to support maintenance work.
Senior Millwright / Reliability Specialist
This role combines strong millwright fundamentals with advanced vibration analysis and condition monitoring capabilities. They own the health of rotating equipment—from diagnostics and data analysis through corrective action and continuous improvement to reduce downtime, eliminate repeat failures, and elevate reliability programs.
